"They Are Trying to Establish a 'Neo-Church'" -- New Interview of Archbishop Carlo Maria Viganò

In a new interview, Archbishop Carlo Maria Vigano criticizes the fact that a connubium of modernists and Freemasonry wants to create a "neo-church".

(Rome) Archbishop Carlo Maria Vigano has been one of the most internationally renowned Church representatives since his sharp criticism of Pope Francis in the McCarrick case. In an interview published yesterday, he spoke about the attempt to replace the Church of Jesus Christ with a "neo-church" and about the Third Mystery of Fatima.

Cardinal McCarrick had risen to become the most influential cardinal in the United States under Pope Francis. Although in June 2013, in his capacity as Apostolic Nuncio to the United States, Archbishop Vigano had informed the Pope in detail about Cardinal McCarrick's homosexual double life and his corruption of priests and seminarians, Francis remained inactive.

It wasn't until the New York Times published McCarrick's legacy in July 2018 that Francis stripped him of cardinalship. But when the head of the church declared that he knew nothing of all that he had otherwise acted earlier, it was too much for Archbishop Vigano. He accused Francis of in fact covering up McCarrick's machinations for more than five years and making him his adviser. The archbishop accused Francis not only of cover-up and omission, but also of lying, and called on him to resign. Francis declined to comment.

Archbishop Vigano, on the other hand, has been living in secret "for fear of retribution" ever since and only goes public in writing. An exception was the Acies ordinata against the "Synodal Way" of the German Episcopal Conference, which took place in Munich last January. Archbishop Vigano surprisingly mingled with the participants.

Yesterday he gave an interview to the Portuguese newspaper Dies Irae in which he also commented on the Third Secret of Fatima.

DIes Irae: Excellency, thank you for giving us this interview. We are in the midst of the COVID-19 epidemic that has affected the lives of millions of people in recent months and has even caused the deaths of many of them. In view of this situation, the Church, through the Episcopal Conferences, has decided to close virtually all churches and to deprive the faithful of access to the sacraments. On March 27, In front of an empty St. Peter's Square, Pope Francis led a hypothetical prayer for humanity in an apparently media-friendly manner. There have been many reactions to the way in which the Pope carried out this moment, one of which tried to link the lonely presence of Francis with the message of Fatima, that is, with the Third Mystery. Do you agree?

Archbishop Vigano: First of all, allow me to say that it is a pleasure for me to give this interview to the faithful of Portugal, to whom the Blessed Virgin has promised to keep it in the Faith even in these times of great trial. You are a people with great responsibility, because you may soon have to preserve the holy fire of religion, while other nations refuse to recognize Christ as their king and the blessed Mary as their queen.

The third part of the message, which Our Lady entrusted to the shepherd children of Fatima so that they may deliver it to the Holy Father, is still secret. Our Lady asked for it to be revealed in 1960, but John XXIII issued a press release on 8 February of that year declaring that the Church "does not want to assume the responsibility of guaranteeing the truthfulness of the words which the shepherd children say the Virgin Mary addressed to them." With this distancing from the message of the Queen of Heaven, a cover-up operation began, apparently because the content of the message would have revealed the terrible conspiracy against the Church of Christ by its enemies. Until a few decades ago, it would have seemed unthinkable that one would go so far as to silence even Our Lady. In recent years, however, we have even experienced attempts to censor the Gospel, the word of her divine Son.

In 2000, during the pontificate of John Paul II, the Secretary of State, Cardinal Sodano [1990–2006], presented his own version as the Third Secret, which, due to some elements, clearly seemed incomplete. It is not surprising that the new Secretary of State, Cardinal Bertone [2006–2013], tried to draw attention to an event from the past, only to make the people of God believe that the words of the Virgin had nothing to do with the Church crisis and with the interaction of modernists and Freemasonry behind the scenes of the Second Vatican Council. Antonio Socci, who has carefully examined the Third Secret, exposed this deliberate behaviour of Cardinal Bertone. At the same time, it was Bertone himself who strongly discredited and censored the tears of Tears of Our Lady of Civitavecchia, whose message perfectly matches what she had said in Fatima.

Let us not forget the unnoticed appeal of Our Lady to the Pope encouraging all bishops to consecrate Russia to her Immaculate Heart in order to defeat Communism and atheist materialism: not to consecrate "the world, not that nation that you want us to consecrate to you ", but "Russia". Did it cost too much to do that?

Obviously yes for those who have no view of the supernatural. One preferred the path of détente with the Soviet regime that Roncalli had taken, without understanding that peace is not possible without God.

Today, with a President of the Russian Federation who is certainly a Christian, this request of the Virgin could be fulfilled in order to avert further catastrophes for the Church and the world.

Benedict XVI also confirmed the topicality of the message of the Virgin Mary, although according to the interpretation spread by the Vatican, it is to be regarded as complete. Those who have read the Third Secret said in all clarity that it concerns the apostasy of the Church, which began at the very beginning of the 1960s and has now reached such an obvious stage that it is recognized even by inexperienced observers. This almost compulsive insistence on issues that the Church has always condemned, such as relativism and religious indifferentism, false ecumenism, Malthusian ecology, homoheresy and mass immigration, has found in the Abu Dhabi Declaration the fulfilment of a plan conceived by secret sects for more than two centuries.

DIes Irae: In the middle of Holy Week and after the Synod of Amazons, the Pope decided to set up a commission to discuss and study the women's diaconate in the Catholic Church. Do you think that this has the purpose of paving the way for the clericalization of women, or, in other words, an attempt to manipulate the priesthood that our Lord Jesus Christ instituted on Holy Thursday?

Archbishop Vigano: The Sacrament of Holy Orders can and will never be changed in its nature. The attack on the priesthood has always been at the heart of the actions of the heretics and their inspirer, and it is understandable that attacking the priesthood means destroying Holy Mass and the Most holy Eucharist, as well as the entire sacramental structure. Among the conspiratorial enemies of the Sacrament of Holy Orders, there was, of course, no shortage of modernists who, since the 19th century, have theorized a Church without priests or with priests and priestesses. These delusions, anticipated by some representatives of modernism in France, subtly resurfaced at the Second Vatican Council in an attempt to imply a certain equivalence between the official priesthood resulting from the Sacrament of Holy Orders and the general priesthood of the faithful emerging from baptism. It is significant that it is precisely through the play with this deliberate misunderstanding, the reformed liturgy [Novus Ordo] is also affected by the doctrinal error of Lumen gentium, going so far as to reduce the consecration to mere presiding in a meeting of [general] priests. The priest is in reality an old Christ, not because the people appoint him, but through the ontological alignment with the high priest Jesus Christ, whom he has to imitate in the holiness of life and in the absolute devotion, which is also represented by celibacy.

The next step therefore had to be necessarily followed, if not by the extinguishing of the priesthood, then at least by making it ineffective by extending it to women who cannot be consecrated. It is precisely what has happened in the Protestant and Anglican sects, which today are also experiencing the embarrassing situation of having lesbian bishops in the so-called Church of England. It is obvious that the ecumenical "pretext" – that is, the approach to deviating communities, even by accepting the latest errors – is based on Satan's hatred of the priesthood and would inevitably ruin the Church of Christ. At the same time,  ecclesiastical celibacy is also the target of the same attacks, because it belongs unmistakably to the Catholic Church and is a valuable protection for the priesthood, which tradition it has kept vigorously throughout the centuries.

The attempt to introduce a form of consecrated women's ministry in the Church, despite the repeated declarations of the Magisterium, is not new. John Paul II, too, clearly defined, with all the canonical requirements of an infallible ex-Cathedra declaration, that it is absolutely impossible to question the doctrine on this subject. But just as one has put one's hand on the Catechism to declare the death penalty "not in conformity with the Gospel", which is unprecedented and heretical, so today one tries ex novo to invent some form of female diaconate – propaedeutic, of course, for the future introduction of the women's priesthood.

The first Commission set up by Bergoglio years ago issued a negative opinion and confirmed what could not even have been discussed. Because a commission was unwilling to obey Francis' wishes, this does not mean that another commission whose members he chooses could not be more "docile" and more willing to destroy another pillar of the Catholic faith. I have no doubt that Bergoglio has convincing methods and that he can put pressure on the Theological Commission. But I am equally sure that in the unfortunate event that this consultative body should give a favourable opinion, it will not necessarily need an official statement by the Pope to see the introduction of deaconesses in the dioceses of Germany or Holland – while Rome is silent on this. This method is well known and makes it possible, on the one hand, to attack the priesthood and, on the other hand, to provide a pleasant alibi for those within the ecclesial structures who thus claim at all times that "the Pope has not allowed anything new". This is exactly what they have done by authorizing the Episcopal Conferences to allow autonomous hand-Communion, which was enacted by abuse and has now become a worldwide practice.

We should remember that this approach to the dogmas of the Church confirms an undeniable fact: Bergoglio has adopted the so-called situation theology, whose loci theologici, theological places, random facts or themes are: the world, nature, the feminine, young people... This is a theology which does not focus on the immutable and eternal truth of God, but on the contrary starts from observing the imperative urgency of phenomena in order to give answers that correspond to the expectations of today's world.

Dies Irae: According to renowned historians, the Second Vatican Council was a break between the Church and tradition. Hence the appearance of ways of thinking, which they want to transform into a mere humanitarian association that embraces the world and embraces its globalist utopia. How do you see this serious problem?

Archbishop Vigano: A church that presents itself as new in contrast to the Church of Christ is simply not the Church of Christ! The Mosaic religion, that is, the "Church of the Old Law", which was wanted by God to lead His people to the coming of the Messiah, has found its fulfillment and completion in the New Covenant and was finally revoked on Calvary by the sacrifice of Christ. From his open side came the New and Eternal Covenant, which replaced the synagogue. It seems that the post-Conciliar, modernist and Freemason Church also aims to transform, overcome, and replace the Church of Christ with a "neo-church", a disfigured and monstrous creature that does not come from God.

The purpose of this neo-church is not to get the chosen people to recognize the Messiah, just as it is not the purpose for the synagogue to convert and save all peoples from the second coming of Christ, which is the purpose of the Catholic Church. Its purpose is rather to constitute itself as the spiritual arm of the New World Order and to promote the One World Religion. In this sense, the Council Revolution first had to destroy the heritage of the Church, its thousand-year-old tradition from which it drew its vitality and authority as the mystical body of Christ. Then it was a matter of getting rid of the representative of the old hierarchy, and only recently she began to show herself to be what she wants to be, without pretense or camouflage.

What you call utopia is in fact a dystopia, because it represents the concreteization of the plan of Freemasonry and prepares the appearance of the Antichrist.

I am also convinced that the majority of my confreres, and especially almost all priests and believers, are not fully aware of this hellish plan, and that recent events have opened the eyes of many. Their faith will enable our Lord to gather the pusillus grex, the small flock, before the final confrontation around the true shepherd.

Dies Irae: In order to restore the ancient splendour of the Church, it will be necessary to question many aspects of the Council's teaching. What points of the Second Vatican Council would you question?

Archbishop Vigano: I believe that there is no shortage of important personalities who have already expressed the critical points of the Council better than I have. There are those who believe that it would be less complicated and certainly wiser to follow the practice of the Church and the Popes as it was used in the Synod of Pistoia. It also contained good things, but the errors it claimed were considered sufficient to make them forgotten.

This Irae: Is the current pontificate the culmination of a process that begins with the Second Vatican Council and was longed for in the so-called "Catacomb Pact", or is it still an intermediate phase?

Archbishop Vigano: As with any revolution, the heroes of the first hour often fall victim to their own system, as was the case with Robespierre. Those who were regarded yesterday as the flag bearers of the Council Spirit now appear almost as conservatives: the examples of this are visible before all eyes. There are already those who, in the intellectual circles of progressivism (such as those frequented by a haughty Massimo Faggioli), begin to dispel doubts here and there about Bergoglio's real abilities, to make "courageous decisions" – for example, to abolish celibacy, to allow women to the priesthood, or to legitimize the Communicatio in sacris with heretics – almost as if he were hoping that he would step down in order to elect a pope who was even more obedient to the elites who had their most unscrupulous and determined followers in the Catacomb Pact and in the Mafia of St. Gallen.

This Irae: Our Excellency, we Catholics today often feel isolated from the Church and almost abandoned by our shepherds. What can you say to the hierarchs and believers who, despite the confusion and error that are spreading in the Church, are trying to persevere in this tough struggle to maintain the integrity of our faith?

Archbishop Vigano: My words would certainly be inadequate. I confine myself to repeating the words of our Lord, the eternal word of the Father: "Be sure, I am with you all the days until the end of the world." Of course, we feel isolated: but did the Apostles not feel that way, and all Christians? Didn't even Our Lord feel abandoned in Gethsemane? These are times of trial, perhaps of the last trial: we must drink the bitter cup, and even if it is human emanating from the Lord to let him pass by us, we must repeat with confidence: "But not as I will, but as you will" and remember His words of consolation: "In the world you are in affliction; but have courage: I have conquered the world."

After trial, however hard and painful it may be, the eternal reward will be prepared for us that no one can take away from us. The Church will once again radiate the glory of her Lord after this terrible and long-lasting Easter triduum.

Although prayer is undoubtedly indispensable, we must not relent on fighting the good struggle, but should make everyone witnesses of a courageous spirit of struggle under the banner of the Cross of Christ. Let us not allow the finger to be pointed at us, as the maid did in the court of the high priest with Saint Peter: "You also were one of his disciples," and then he denied Christ. Let us not be intimidated! Let us not allow the gag of tolerance to be applied to those who wish to proclaim the truth! Let us ask the Blessed Virgin and Our Lady Mary that our tongue can courageously proclaim the kingdom of God and Hs righteousness. May the miracle of Lapa be renewed, where the blessed Mary gave back the voice to little Joana, who was born dumb. May she also give us a voice, her children, who have remained silent for too long.

Our Lady of Fatima, Queen of Victories, ora pro nobis.

Addicted to the Occult: A Book Review

Welcome to Fiona's Book Club.
I recently had to sever ties with an old and dear friend, due to her addiction to the occult. A decade ago, my friend ('Alison') began paying a guru/witch ('WitchyD') for past life regression 'therapy', aura reading and manipulation, and kinesiology. Under WitchyD's influence, Alison's brain and life slowly turned to shit. My friend became vague and started making poor decisions (which landed her in court on a serious gun charge). Alison abandoned responsibility for her own behaviour and blamed her issues on either other people, or her 'past life' experiences that WitchyD implanted in her mind, via suggestion.
Several years ago, Alison began divorce proceedings against her ex-husband. Her primary approach to this procedure consisted of gathering with WitchyD and another coven participant, to summon her ex's aura, to command her ex's aura into giving her what she desired out of their financial settlement. When Alison divulged this, I urged my friend to, "Get a divorce lawyer!" However, Alison ignored all of my free practical advice in favour of her paid esoteric charmer. Consequently, my friend got totally screwed over and her cunning ex won everything.
Alison had engaged in witchcraft. I define witchcraft as intentional manipulation of the elements in order to achieve one's will. Alison had in fact dabbled in black witchcraft – without having been instructed on the consequences of such, or how witches protect themselves against the inevitable backlash. Witchcraft carries its own set of rules, and if one wants to play with witchcraft, one must abide by its rules. My friend failed to do this.

CROSSING THE JORDAN PETERSON [2]

Posted: 17 Sep 2019 09:20 PM PDT

This is the second page on looking into Peterson's influence and views. The link to the first blog post was becoming overcrowded with references in comments. That page is here……
https://namnow.wordpress.com/2018/02/02/crossing-the-jordan-peterson/

The following article is from 'WOLFISH' at this link…….
https://wolfish.neocities.org/posts/videos/jordan_peterson_dismantled/

Jordan Peterson Dismantled
January 24 2019

A documentary exposing Jordan Peterson's agenda to subvert and destroy the rising political right wing, and neutralize European nationalism.

This video completely exposes Peterson's anti-White agenda and his strategy for implementing it. Any Peterson fans who are not beyond saving will be deprogrammed by watching this video.

Jordan Peterson's primary goal is to neutralize the political right and White identity. He does not care about the Marxist take over of our nations, in fact he was hired by the United Nations to help usher it along. Peterson's only reason for stepping into the limelight was because he saw a massive right wing backlash fomenting, and realized it was going to destroy the left.

His job is to implement "plan B", to steer the rising tide of nationalism into an impotent cul-de-sac of centrist individualism, giving our enemies just enough time to tip the demographic balance of our countries so that our destruction is sealed.

Peterson is explicitly targeting young White males for indoctrination with an insidious political ideology he calls radical individualism. He has created a pseudo-religion self-help cult; he is delivering his ideology to the disaffected youth by combining it with a self-help regimen wrapped in empty religious metaphor.

While our enemies are working tirelessly to destroy our nations in a ruthlessly calculated and organized fashion, Jordan Peterson is brainwashing a generation of young White men to be atomized individuals who perceive group cooperation based on ethnic identity and nationality as the height of evil.

And in the process of doing so, Peterson and his friends are making untold millions of dollars.

THE VATICAN and THE KABBALAH

THE VATICAN and THE KABBALAH

A comprehensive list of articles which expose the close ties between the Vatican and Judaism.
Catholics, since VaticanII and especially of late, have been dissuaded from bringing the Light Of Christ to the non-Christian. They have been told that evangelism, especially aimed at Jews, is verboten since God’s Covenant [there are several], of the Old Testament [the Tenakh] is still current, in spite of the Covenant having being fulfilled in Jesus. In spite too, of Christ’s and Paul’s exhortations to preach the Good News to all. This puzzling command to hold our tongues should not be accepted without questioning the motivation behind it. The list of articles presented herein might provide a clue – a clue to the nefarious ties between the personal relationship of Bergoglio to Kabbalists. As H. Reed Armstrong says:
“It should concern all Catholics when the vicar of Christ himself references in an uncritical way the Kabbalah and refers the faithful back to those native religions that have not yet received the Light of Christ.”
My method herein is to post Armstrong’s article in full, following which I will list many other links which tie Bergoglio and the Vatican to its romance with the Talmudists whose books display their vile hatred, still, for Christ.

Pope Francis and Kabbalah: From Jewish Mysticism to Pagan Collaboration?

In his recent interventions, Pope Francis had repeatedly referred to a “paradigm shift” with regard to the Church’s attitude toward native cultures in different countries. It seems that he has in mind a return to rooted indigenous cultures and religions. One of his reference points for this approach is the Kabbalah, a Jewish occultist and mystical religion.
On 8 June, the Vatican’s general secretariat of the Synod of Bishops published the Instrumentum Laboris (working document) for the October 2019 Pan-Amazon Synod. This working document highlights the purported cruelties committed by the West when colonizing remote regions of South America, such as the Pan-Amazon region (emphasis added):
Also, the III Conference of Latin American Bishops, held in Puebla (1979), is a reminder that the occupation and colonization of indigenous lands was “an extensive process of domination”, which was full of “contradictions and deep wounds” (DP 6). Later, the IV Conference of Santo Domingo (1992) recalled “one of the saddest episodes in Latin American and Caribbean history”, which “was the forced transfer, as slaves, of an enormous number of Africans”.
It is because of this purported injustice that the Church now has to turn attentively to the native peoples of that region and ask them for guidance. Since these peoples are closer to nature – to Mother Earth – they also have much to teach the West, which seems, according to the Vatican, to have lost the way. The Instrumentum Laboris speaks about an “ecological conversion” that is needed, a new “convergent” solidarity oriented toward the local customs: “Embracing life through community-based solidarity entails a change of heart.” And here comes the phrase “new paradigm”: “This new paradigm opens up new perspectives for personal and societal transformation.”
Here, the Pope is being quoted as saying about the indigenous people that “we need to let ourselves be evangelized by them and by their cultures.” The text insists that we need “to embrace the mysterious wisdom which God wishes to share with us through them.” The Vatican also regrets that the Church still sometimes “demonizes” these cultures: “Today, unfortunately, traces still exist of the colonizing project, which gave rise to attitudes that belittle and demonize indigenous cultures.”
That this form of “new evangelization” implies a sort of syncretism can be seen in this following paragraph, which includes concepts that are still alien to the Catholic Faith, such as the idea of “cosmic love” and the thanksgiving thereby given by human beings and all of creation together:
In the Eucharist, the community celebrates an act of cosmic love, in which human beings, together with the incarnate Son of God and all creation, give thanks to God for new life in the risen Christ (cf. LS 236).
Let us consider now what these words could mean in the larger context of Pope Francis’s own teaching in other places where he also calls for a “new paradigm” and a “revolution” – while significantly quoting the Jewish Kabbalah.
The Kabbalah
For those of our readers who do not know much about the Kabbalah, let us first read what Joseph Dan, professor of Kabbalah at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, has to tell us (emphasis added):
The Kabbalah insists that there is a feminine aspect within the divinity itself, the Shekhinah, and therefore all terms concerning family and sexual life are applicable to the divine world. The Kabbalah often presented the universe as a battleground between satanic divine powers and good divine powers, drawing a parallel of divine “emanations” of the left which are the enemies of God, yet they are divine in the full sense of the term. Lurianic Kabbalah found the origin of evil within the eternal Godhead itself. … [I]t is the task of the Jewish people to correct (tikum) the incompleteness of divinity itself.[i]
This is to say, the goal is to bring about what the Greeks called Apocatastasis (“Universal Salvation”), “to harmonize the forces of good and evil that exist within the Divinity.”[ii]The Jewish scholar Gershom Scholem explained it the following way: “Evil, therefore, for the Kabalist is simply the sitra ahra or ‘emanation of the left’ and at the end of time, through the process of man’s work of tikkun even the devil, ‘Samael’ (Satan) will become Sa’el, one of the 72 holy Names of God.”[iii]
What can be seen here is that, in the Kabbalah, it is believed and foreseen that Satan will himself become like God.
In the words of the renowned psychiatrist Dr. Carl Jung, an ardent student of the Kabbalah and of Gnosticism, “[i]n our diagram, God and the devil appear as equal and opposite, thus conforming to the idea of the ‘adversary.’ This opposition means conflict to the last; and it is the task of humanity to endure this conflict until the turning-point is reached where good and evil begin to relativize themselves, to doubt themselves, and the cry is roused for a morality ‘beyond good and evil’.”
Pope Francis’s “new paradigm” and “cultural revolution” in light of recent remarks in Chile
Let us now consider some of the Pope’s recent statements. We shall turn first to his Apostolic Constitution Veritatis Gaudium (promulgated on 29 January 2018) and then to an address he delivered in Chile on 17 January at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile.
The following portions of the text shall examine Pope Francis’s recent apostolic constitution on the importance of a cultural change at Catholic universities and faculties in light of his reference to the mystical Jewish Kabbalah while visiting Chile at the beginning of the year. He seems to have a new understanding of the Fall of Man and its consequences.
In January, Pope Francis called for a reform at ecclesiastical universities and faculties. His new 29 January 2018 87-page document, entitled Veritatis Gaudium (“The Joy of Truth”) replaces the apostolic constitution Sapientia Christiana, issued by Pope John Paul II in 1979. Pope Francis writes that the older document “urgently needs to be brought up to date” in light of changes in society and in academic life. Pope Francis writes in this document: “This vast and pressing task requires, on the cultural level of academic training and scientific study, a broad and generous effort at a radical paradigm shift, or rather – dare I say – at ‘a bold cultural revolution.’”
What this “radical paradigm shift” means may be seen in his 17 January address to the faculty and students at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. We include here the commentary of a Catholic scholar who studied this address carefully but who wishes to remain anonymous for fear of reprisal. His account is followed by a commentary of our own.
Let us consider now first the words of the anonymous commentator:

Since his accession to the papal throne, Francis has showed a deep revulsion for the intellectual, contemplative tradition of Christianity. The 17 January discourse at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile is revealing about some of the sources of such papal revulsion, and it also teaches us what the pope thinks would be the better alternative to that ancient tradition.
On such a solemn occasion – when probably what was expected from him was that he was going to set the desired spiritual and intellectual framework for the orientation of that important Catholic institution – Francis quoted six sources. Three of them were his own words in Laudato Si and in a 2017 discourse. But the other three are, perhaps, the most revealing. All were words of Jewish authors: Zygmunt Bauman, Gilles Lipovetsky, and Gershom Scholem. The first two have early connections with Marxism and even communism. Bauman is regarded as one of the leaders of the alter-globalizationmovement, and Lipovetsky is a harsh critic of the Catholic Church.
The third quotation by Gershom Scholem is the most illuminating, and I will come back to it after revisiting part of the context and line of discourse in which it is located.
Pope Francis started his speech with the following topic: the need “to transform the university into a privileged space ‘to practice the grammar of dialogue which forms the encounter.’” Here he quoted his Discurso a la Plenaria de la Congregación para la Educación Católica (9 February 2017). This latter document has the key to understanding what Francis is talking about. It expands: “the grammar of dialogue, forms the encounter and valorization of the cultural and religious diversity.” The Catholic university must be “diverse.” His reference to religious diversity might well include the trustful turning to various indigenous cultures and religions.
Moreover, Pope Francis also advises us in that 17 January speech “to work simultaneously for the integration of the diverse languages which constitute us as persons. That is to say, an education – alphabetization – which integrates and harmonizes intellect, affections and hands, that is to say, head, heart and action.”
This is important, according to Francis, in order to overcome the current state of culture, which he assesses to be in accordance with Bauman and Lipovetsky.
In this liquid or light society, as some thinkers (Bauman and Lipovetsky) have chosen to name it, the points of reference with the help of which persons could build themselves individually and collectively are disappearing. Everything is volatile and therefore loses its consistency.
Somehow, the university must now create the conscience of the process of losing the public space. The way to do this would be by creating a feeling, and therefore an experience of this kind of modern alienation. Pope Francis says:
Without the “us” of a people, of a family, of a nation and, at the same time, without the “us” of the future, the children and tomorrow; without the “us” of a city which transcends “me” and which is richer than individual interests, life will be not only more and more fractured, but more conflictive and violent.
Notice well that, according to the previous paragraphs, knowledge must not be divorced from feeling and praxis. “Experience” actually is feeling, not intellect. This is the only way in which the individual can transcend himself toward the convergent collective reality of the city and of the future, and the only way to prevent the fragmentation of life.
In this context, Francis recommended to widen the concept of “educational community.” The researchers must be integrated with the peoples that form Chile so wisdom is integrated with “popular intuition.” Knowledge should not be cultivated for its own sake, but it should feel always that it is at the service of life. We must produce:
… that very enriching synergy between scientific rigor and popular intuition. The close interaction between them prevents the divorce between reason and action, thinking and feeling, knowing and living, profession and service.
Thus, what the pope recommends here is that the world of learning should turn to the local people and their customs and experiences for wisdom. Reason has to connect with action, which is the people.
Episteme (knowledge) must assume a pluralistic logic, and in this context it must pay attention as to its “main interlocutors,” to the “originary peoples,” according to Laudato Si, 146 (as quoted by Francis in his 17 January address). Thus, the university must put an end to such nonsense as the search for causes and the pursuit of knowledge for its own sake. University knowledge must blend with the originary peoples – that is to say, with the “Third World” or “alter-globalization,” neo-pagan movements that go under that name.
Here the quotation from Gershom Scholem is inserted by the pope. According to Francis, an old Kabbalistic tradition teaches that the cleavage produced in man by the act of eating from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil is the origin of evil. Notice well: not Genesis, but the Kabbalah is now our putative source to know the origin of evil. Francis goes on: “in this way, knowledge acquired primacy over creation, submitting it to its designs and wishes (Gershom Scholem, La mystique juive, Paris [1985], 86.).” Thus, now the pope seems to understand evil in the way of the Jewish Kabbalah. It is a matter of unrestrained knowledge: “the lurking temptation in every academic realm will be reducing creation to interpretative patterns (‘ideologies’), depriving it of its own mystery which has led whole generations to search for what is just, good, beautiful, and true.”
(End of the commentary by a Catholic scholar.)

One might conclude from this commentary that Pope Francis shows in this address in Chile an aversion to an intellectual culture and sets forth as an alternative a form of “going native,” a turn to popular traditions. The basis for this argumentation is set out by the Kabbalah. Let us therefore now turn to the Kabbalah, its roots, and some of its current adherents.
Gershom Scholem and Adin Steinsaltz on modern Judaism and Kabbalah
The reference to the Kabbalah given by Pope Francis is taken from Gershom Scholem’s La mystique Juive (Jewish Mysticism), and the pope is referring here to “an ancient cabbalistic tradition in regard to Original Sin.” The quote comes from the writings of the world’s foremost authority on the Jewish Kabbalah: Gershom Scholem.
The Kabbalah is a series of Gnostic mystical texts begun following the destruction of the Second Temple, further developed in medieval Spain and the French Provence, and then moving on to Eastern Europe in the 16th and 17th centuries.[iv] It is the core doctrine of modern-day Chabad-Lubavicher Hasidism. Scholem (1897-1982) was a professor at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, a historian of Jewish mysticism, but himself not formally a Kabbalah practitioner.
This is not the case with the Chabad-Lubavicher Rabbi Adin Steinsaltz, a world leader in Hasidic and “Orthodox” Jewish circles. It is known that Rabbi Steinsaltz – the original “Nasi” or prince of the newly created (Oct. 2005) Sanhedrin – has openly stated that Kabbalah is now the official theology of the Jewish people.
On December 5, 2016, Pope Francis met with Rabbi Steinsaltz. What was discussed has yet to be revealed.
To return to the Pope’s 17 January speech where he quotes from the Kabbalah, he says that “evil originates in the rift [‘cleavage’] produced in the human being by eating from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. Knowledge thus gained the upper hand over creation, subjecting it to its own designs and desires [6; reference: cf. Gershom Scholem, La mystique juive, 86.].” He goes on to say: “This will always be a subtle temptation in every academic setting: to reduce creation to certain interpretative models [ideology] that deprive it of the very mystery that has moved whole generations to seek what is just, good, beautiful, and true.”
In essence, the pope is telling the assembled audience in Chile that the role of the university is not to seek universal truths of faith and reason, imbedded in Western culture, and reveal them to humanity; rather, “the new episteme” of plurality is to dialogue with the indigenous cultures and religions. As said above by the anonymous Catholic scholar, for Pope Francis, “[u]niversity knowledge must blend with the ‘originary peoples.’”
The goal, therefore, is to form a convergent and integrated whole where Catholic truth and pagan superstitions are placed on equal footing.
As I have shown elsewhere, the majority of these pagan religions or superstitions are Satanic (Luciferian) in origin. Additionally, LifeSiteNews just discussed the fact that still today, some of these “original peoples” have, as part of their customs, child sacrifice.
How do such evil practices in native religions go together with the modern Catholic Church?
As Jorge Luís Borges attempts to inform us in his scholarly essay on the teachings of the Kabbalah, “[e]vil is in the variety, but variety is necessary for the world.”[v] The true aim of the Kaballah is not simply that “[e]vil is necessary for the world,” but, as stated above by Gershom Scholem and corroborated by Borges, the true aim of Kaballah is the incorporation of Satan as necessary to the harmony of the divine essence. “All creatures, including the Devil will … to be mingled again with the Divinity from which they once emerged.”[vi]
Such a worldview might explain, too, why Cardinal Ravasi, president of the Pontifical Council for Culture, was taking part in a ritual of worship of “Pachamama,” the Earth Mother, while he was in Argentina on November 29, 2014. It seems that the distinctions between the Catholic Faith and those syncretic “native religions” that were once supposedly “demonized” (in the words of the Instrumentum Laboris of the upcoming 2019 Pan-Amazon Synod) are being slowly elided. Now we have to learn from the “originary peoples” instead of helping to convert them to the one, true Catholic and Apostolic Faith.
It should concern all Catholics when the vicar of Christ himself references in an uncritical way the Kabbalah and refers the faithful back to those native religions that have not yet received the Light of Christ.
